Jenna Garvin is a UX Strategist at Yoko Co. in Green Bay, Wisconsin. She has won design awards, worked with prestigious international clients, and lead cross-functional teams for 10+ years.
I bring a unique set of skills that many traditional designers lack: a focus on the ability to articulate ideas across teams, the ideal to meet both business and user goals, and long term strategy development. Collaboration and an appreciation for a team member’s individual talents has found me in a leadership role at Element Creative. You are only as good as the person next to you, and I am so fortunate to call my fellow creative thinkers some of the best the industry has to offer.

As Digital Art Director I translate concepts into user flows, information architectures, wireframes, designs, and prototypes that lead to intuitive and aesthetically sound digital experiences. I transform the needs of brand, user, and businesses into innovative, effective, and measurable design solutions. While working collaboratively and iteratively with team members and stakeholders to ensure a seamless user experience, I also monitor the quality of finished designs and materials. I have developed and maintain flexible design systems that can evolve with changing client and market needs, as well as deliver detailed UI/UX requirements in collaboration with programming.

2014-2016
As Social Media Account Manager & Graphic Designer, I created a close relationship with the marketing directors/decision-makers at various businesses to ensure brand development and the ultimate connection with their target markets. I met with clients on a regular basis, built relationships and gained a full understanding of their business, goals, vision and voice. I created unique content for clients that reflect their brand, by the means of videos, graphic design, photography and content writing. I aided other account managers in their graphic design efforts, teaching my peers skills and design theories so they can better serve their clients as well.

As a UX Strategist, I bridge the gap between business goals and user needs, crafting digital experiences that are both impactful and intuitive. I develop and execute comprehensive digital strategies that drive measurable success, leveraging deep industry insights to shape the future of client experiences.
My role spans the full spectrum of UX and strategy, from stakeholder interviews and audience research to creating key deliverables like personas, sitemaps, wireframes, and information architectures. I work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure every project aligns with business objectives while delivering a seamless user journey.
With a keen eye on KPIs and ROI, I analyze performance metrics to refine strategies and enhance digital effectiveness. I also play a pivotal role in shaping our UX and strategy processes, mentoring team members, sharing industry trends, and optimizing workflows to improve efficiency.
Beyond strategy, I lead client presentations, facilitate key meetings, and ensure smooth content deployment and QA processes. My passion lies in crafting experiences that not only meet user expectations but exceed them—turning insights into actionable, results-driven solutions.
